For over 30 years, Dr. Jasung Kim has been helping patients throughout Korea and the U.S., addressing each individual case in a holistic manner.

Dr. Kim specializes in treating patients of all ages with a variety of psychiatric conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, childhood issues, teen age issues, dementia and geriatric related issues, trauma related issues and more.

Dr. Kim earned his medical degree at the top university in South Korea, Seoul National University. There, he received his MD and subsequently completed residencies in both  General and Child Adolescent Psychiatry, becoming  Board Certified in both. After moving to the US, he did psychiatric training at Cornell and Yale University. He also completed a year of psychoanalytic training at Columbia Psychoanalytic Institute. Throughout his career, he has continued to explore diverse schools of thought, and has come to embrace the most comprehensive Integral paradigm, which he has been applying in daily clinical practice, approaching each case with a holistic view.
